Yes! Our regular customers often reserve stock to reduce lead time.
Our current lead time for regular customers is 5-8 working days. 8-14 working days for first time customers.
Our customer service will update you with the latest lead time before placing an order.
No we don’t have a minimum order amounts of panels, but we recommend to start with at least 10, because they are well packed on wooden palette.
To reduce delivery costs per panel we do recommend to stack maximum of palette capacity – 70 panels per palette.

Delivery price is requested from a transport company each time for every customer.

Once the order is confirmed we aim to dispatch panels in 5-8 working days. Delivery times depend on your location.

Yes, once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code and the courier will be in touch with you before delivery.
Orders of 8 panels or less will be packed securely in cardboard boxes. Orders of 9 panels or more will be secured on a wood pallet.

But there are some cities where delivery transport can’t travel.
Our delivery company delivers to the door of the property unless it’s in an apartment. In this case, delivery is made to the entrance of the building.
There are restrictios within some city centres.
Yes, of course, as long as the delivery vehicle has easy access to the site.
It is possible to fill up a 20ft container with 12 pallets containing approx. 600 panels.
On a 40ft container, you can fit 24 pallets with up to 1200 panels.
